Job Description
- Working on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals
- Conducting legal research and writing memoranda
- Drafting complex case evaluations and preparing briefs pleadings motions and other litigation documents
- Conducting propounding and responding to discovery (documents written discovery depositions)
- Working with clients witnesses experts and other counsel

Technical skills
- 13 years of complex litigation experience is required
- Strong writing and case management skills level appropriate direct experience handling clients and adversaries and excellent oral advocacy skills are required
- Savvy with ediscovery data/document management applications and related technologies
- Previous law firm experience is preferred
Other requirements
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California and be in good standing
- Must include a law school transcript and writing sample with application
