We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Representative for FinTech platform to join their their team in Portugal.
Position: Technical Support Representative
Location: remote Portugal
Work model: remote (after initial 2 week office training in Porto)
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels
Troubleshoot and resolve productrelated issues using MySQL
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary
Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Act as a bridge between customers and developers communicating technical details clearly and effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Strong understanding of MySQL
Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage
Available to work in shift rotation Monday to Friday 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM
High school degree or equivalent (or higher)
No prior work experience required but a solid knowledge of MySQL is essential
Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support
Ability to attend 2 week of office based training in Porto (accommodation support during training period provided).
