Job Description
- Install configure and maintain operating systems software and hardware
- Monitor system performance identify issues and troubleshoot problems as needed
- Manage and oversee network infrastructure including routers switches and firewalls
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and functional
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical challenges
- Provide technical support and assistance to endusers
- Report and document any unusual events or security incidents
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Train and offer guidance to endusers on IT systems software and applications
- Participate in IT projects aimed at improving system efficiency performance and overall business productivity.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- A professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) will be considered as an advantage
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
- Handson experience with Active Directory (AD) Entra Intune AWS Azure Microsoft 365 VoIP and FortiGate technologies
- Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 trading platforms
- Solid understanding of network security practices and antivirus software
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems and platforms
- Strong problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
