We are seeking dedicated and customeroriented Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic BPO team in the Collections department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Contact: Reach out to customers to remind them of overdue payments.
- Negotiation: Develop and propose payment plans based on customer financial situations and company policies.
- System Updates: Accurately record interactions and payment arrangements in the recovery system.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and empathetic support to resolve customer issues and answer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of English with clear pronunciation and grammar free from major Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI).
- Education: Open to graduates and undergraduates.
- Experience: Both experienced professionals and freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
