Job Description

We re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a teambased environment our home health occupational therapists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

We are an accredited recognized leader in home health and hospice. We are a proud and passionate team that works together to provide the highest quality patient care care that makes a significant impact on people s lives every day.

This position supports patients in Somerset and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10K first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

Responsibilities

We are looking for compassionate occupational therapists with:

Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association

Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.

Minimum of one year healthcare experience

Current driver s license and ability to spend 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

The skills needed to selfmanage your time and schedule

Demonstrated experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher
Occupational Medicine (1 years)
Social Work (2 years)
Valid Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS)
