About Kalvium
What will you do
- Managing creation of all of Kalvium s courses and tracking reporting on them. You would run multiple programs to effectively manage this.
- Running a strong quality check program to ensure that courses are errorfree and topnotch in learning experience.
- Hiring and training learning designers and content creators to create great courses.
- Managing and signing off on academic alignments with universities.
Qualifications
- First and foremost passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Bachelors /Masters degree in any stream or equivalent experience. If you have done any of your education in CS or related streams it s a big plus.
- Overall experience of min 5 years. At least 3 years out of this must have been in Program/ Project management. Preferably in edtech.
- People and Project management skills.
- You should be able to break down a course creation project into multiple actionable parts delegate to a team of content creators train them review their work and keep the production line moving. Like clockwork. Experience in project and/ or program management is key.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and understand CS. We are a company building a CS program. So you must be willing to understand the subject no need to be a subject matter expert (but you should be able to know enough to work with a team to build courses).
