MIS Executive

Position : MIS

Location : Sonipat Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain databases and data systems
• Conduct data analysis for identifying trends patterns and insights
• Generate and distribute routine and adhoc reports to various stakeholders
• Create automated processes for data extraction and monitoring
• Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and provide solutions
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation
• Implement and maintain data security measures
• Support in the implementation and utilization of MIS software and tools
• Optimize data management processes and workflows
• Provide training and support to endusers on MIS tools
• Contribute to the development and improvement of MIS strategies
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes using MIS insights
• Prepare documentation and manuals for systems and processes
• Participate in project planning and related to MIS

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis and Mis
• Familiarity with database management and SQL
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools
• Good understanding of MIS concepts and systems
• Certifications in relevant MIS technologies or methodologies (e.g. Microsoft Access Power BI) is a plus
• Understanding of data privacy and security regulations
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
