Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. Ideal candidate has 35 years of experience exceptional followup skills and MS Office proficiency. Role involves managing communications coordinating tasks across departments and handling both professional and personal responsibilities for the MD. Requires excellent organizational skills discretion and ability to work with senior staff. Stable longterm commitment desired.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate from a secretarial college.
Salary : Upto 4.50 lpa
Experience: 25 years as an assistant or secretary to an MD.
Location: Within 45 minutes travel time from office.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage and prioritize the MDs inbox and correspondence.
2. Handle phone calls and schedule appointments.
3. Maintain and follow up on task lists for the MD and team members.
4. Coordinate with all departments on behalf of the MD.
5. Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
6. Manage both professional and personal tasks for the MD.
7. Draft and proofread documents and emails.
8. Organize and maintain filing systems.
9. Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.
