  1. Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients including booking flights hotels and other accommodations.
  2. Provide comprehensive visa services ensuring all required documents are submitted and processed in a timely manner.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers including airlines hotels and other service providers.
  4. Monitor travel budgets and provide costeffective travel solutions to clients.
  5. Stay updated on travel regulations policies and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
  6. Resolve any travelrelated issues or emergencies that may arise providing support and solutions promptly.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  8. Maintain detailed records of all travel arrangements and transactions ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  1. Bachelor s degree in Travel Management Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Travel Manager or in a similar role within the travel industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of international travel regulations visa processes and foreign exchange services.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized and professional service.
  6. Proficiency in travel booking software and other relevant tools.
