Frontend Engineer - Contract

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: At least 4 years of web application development experience with a strong foundation in computer science principles.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in System Design and the development of complex web applications.
• DevOps and Observability: Experience with DevOps practices and observability tools.
• Security Practices: Indepth knowledge of security best practices in software development.
• Programming Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript Data Structures Design Patterns and Tooling.
• Framework Experience: 3 years of handson experience with React or similar frameworks.
• Web Technologies: Solid understanding of HTML CSS Bootstrap and preprocessors like SASS/LESS.
• Node.js: Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Hapi Express StrongLoop etc.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) Next.js Ramda and Typescript is a plus.
• Performance Optimization: Proven experience in enhancing website performance for global audiences.
• Passion: Enthusiastic about performance profiling debugging and benchmarking.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for design.

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the web frontend development roadmap setting both short and longterm objectives.
• Feature Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver new userfacing features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members designers and other stakeholders to ensure highquality deliverables.
• UI Implementation: Design and implement pixelperfect elegant user interfaces.
• Code Reviews: Conduct System Design and Code Reviews to ensure the robustness of applications and prototypes.
• Code Quality: Develop reusable highquality code and libraries for future use.
• Performance Enhancement: Continuously improve website performance for a global user base.

• Initial Screening: Evaluation of technical skills and suitability for the role.
• Technical Rounds: Multiple rounds focusing on problemsolving frontend development and system design.
