Job Description
1 Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for aviation operations in alignment
with the company & longterm vision and goals.
Drive growth through innovative market expansion initiatives and contribute to the
overall success of the organization.
2 Regulatory Compliance and Industry Representation
Ensure strict adherence to both domestic and international operational guidelines
Cultivate relationships with regulatory authorities representing the company in
industry forums to influence regulatory developments positively
3 Global Operational Performance
Oversee the performance of aviation operations globally optimizing processes and
ensuring the consistent application of best practices.
Implement and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance
operational efficiency.
4 Team Leadership and Development
Recruit lead and mentor the operations team providing guidance and fostering a
culture of continuous improvement
Collaborate with other Clevel executives to ensure seamless integration of
operations with overall business strategies
5 Risk Management
Identify and mitigate potential operational risks through the development and
implementation of robust risk management strategies.
6 Trend Analysis and Adaptation
Proactively anticipate industry trends adjusting operations to capitalize on
opportunities and navigate challenges effectively
7 Budget Planning and Financial Sustainability
Assist in budget planning for operations ensuring financial sustainability and the
optimum allocation of resources
Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue generation and cost optimization
8 Engagement & Collaboration
Collaborate with vendors and partners to establish and maintain a reliable alliance
for aviation operations
9 Performance Management
Responsible for the performance evaluation and management at individual and team
level within the operations team
10 Process Building
Develop and implement streamlined processes for the aviation operations team
ensuring efficiency consistency and adherence to industry best practices
11 Periodic Reports to Management
Generate and present periodic reports to the management providing insights into
the performance of aviation operations key achievements challenges and proposed
strategies for improvement
