Roles & Responsibilities:
The IT Compliance and Document Controller with Customer Query Responsibilities will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant IT regulations policies and procedures. Additionally this individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining various documents related to IT compliance including policies procedures and training materials. Finally this role will also be responsible for responding to customer queries related to IT compliance and providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge and Skills:
Required:
Develop and maintain IT compliance policies procedures and training materials
Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all ITrelated processes are compliant
Create and maintain a document control system for ITrelated documents
Respond to customer queries related to IT compliance in a timely and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT compliance measures and make recommendations for improvement
Provide training to staff on IT compliance policies and procedures as needed
Preferred:
Proven experience in IT compliance and document control
Knowledge of relevant IT regulations and standards
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software
Knowledge of SOC/ISO 27001/GDPR
Experience and Education:
Required:
Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology
Minimum 5 years experience in Internal audit and customer query handling
Preferred:
Certification CISA ISO auditor (not mandatory)
