Job Description
Staff Nurse (ANM/GNM) in Ulwe Navi Mumbai Maharashtra
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and planning nursing care requirements for patients
- Providing direct patient care and treatments
- Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions
- Recording patient medical information and vital signs
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supporting patient and family education
- Participating in the management of medical and surgical emergencies
- Assisting in the implementation of infection control policies
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- ANM/GNM certification from a recognized institution
- Valid nursing license from the Maharashtra Nursing Council
- Relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
