Overview:
The Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in the finance department responsible for managing and overseeing the financial transactions and reporting within the organization. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with regulations and providing key financial insights for decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Support audits and tax filings
- Analyze financial data and provide insights
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial information
- Monitor and report on financial transactions
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have worked in auditor office and corporte knowledge
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
