Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES ;
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients including developers investors
and property owners.
- Lead negotiations and close deals for property sales leasing agreements and
partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic business plans and achieve
revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends regulations and competitor activities to inform
business strategies.
2.QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration.
- Proven experience in business development sales or marketing within the real
estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics trends and relevant
regulations.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic
environment.
- Resultsdriven with a track record of achieving sales targets and business
objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
