Job Description
Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
Write clean efficient and welldocumented code
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the team
Requirements :
5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development
Strong understanding of RoR principles patterns and best practices
Experience with frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban)
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
