Job Description
- Design develop and implement custom applications features and integrations within the Salesforce platform for both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Collaborate with business analysts salesforce admins and project managers to gather and analyze requirements to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Leverage expertise in Apex programming Visualforce Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce development tools to build robust and userfriendly applications.
- Develop and maintain Service Cloud functionalities including customizing the console building custom components and integrating with external systems.
- Configure workflows automation rules and business logic to automate processes and improve efficiency in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Proven experience in Salesforce development (7 years) with expertise in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex programming Visualforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs (SOAP REST).
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services or APIs a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Must have more than 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Must be proficient in Salesforce Development including Apex programming Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Must have extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including endtoend implementation and customization.
- Must have experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
- CPQ implementation expertise Conducting code reviews CI / CD tools (like AutoRABIT Opsera)
- Platform Developer 1 / Platform Developer 2 certified
- Expertise in security features within Salesforce such as Permission Sets Custom Permissions and handling large data volumes.
