Overview:
As an HR Recruiter you will play a critical role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates will directly impact the quality of our workforce and the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source screen and interview potential candidates
- Manage recruitment advertising and employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment events
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms
- Develop and maintain networks for passive candidate sourcing
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
- Manage the candidate communication and onboarding process
- Utilize HRIS and ATS systems effectively for efficient recruitment
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment metrics
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
- Support employer branding and diversity initiatives
- Participate in special HR projects as needed
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless integration of new hires
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Proficiency in using social media and job boards for candidate sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
