Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for CT scans
• Operate CT equipment and ensure image quality
• Assist radiologists with imaging procedures
• Monitor and assess patients condition during scans
• Maintain patient records and information
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during scans
• Collaborate with healthcare team to provide quality patient care
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs
• Stay updated with new CT technology and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Certification in CT imaging (ARRTCT or equivalent)
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Experience in performing CT scans in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in using CT equipment and related software
• Knowledge of anatomy physiology and medical terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in imaging procedures
• Commitment to patient care and safety
