Job Description

Business Analyst:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing validating communicating and coordinating requirements for the Credit Risk area. Primary focus will be on Basel 4 related
Understanding of Risk & Controls domain is highly required.
Good knowledge in Banking & Finance domain is desirable.
Translate requirements into Functional Requirement Document FRD and/or Minor Development Document MDD.
Conduct meeting with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements analyze finalize and receive formal signoffs from approvers
Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams.
Analyze data using Excel reports and other tools to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results
Collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to postimplementation.
Creates flow diagrams structure charts and other types of system or process representations.
