Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced TBM Business Analyst with a strong technical focus on Apptioto join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Technology BusinessManagement (TBM) and will be responsible for aligning IT investments with strategic businessobjectives driving value creation and facilitating benefits realization. This role requires a blendof technical expertise strategic thinking and business acumen to ensure that technologyinvestments are effectively managed and optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment & Value Realization:
Comprehend strategic business objectives and align TBM processes to support these goals.
Facilitate use case and value reviews with stakeholders ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.
Design data models and manage data flows to ensure comprehensive and actionablereporting.
Collaborate with IT finance and business teams to validate and interpret data for reportingpurposes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
Work closely with IT finance and business stakeholders to understand their needs andensure that TBM processes and tools meet those requirements.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on the use of Apptio and TBM methodologies.
Serve as a subject matter expert on TBM particularly in the application of Apptio and guidethe organization in leveraging TBM for strategic advantage.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously seek opportunities to improve TBM processes tools and methodologies toenhance efficiency accuracy and value delivery.
Stay informed of industry trends best practices and advancements in TBM and Apptio todrive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Finance Business Administration ora related field. A masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Apptio TBM certification ITIL)is a plus.
Experience:
810 years of experience as a midlevel analyst with a focus on Technology BusinessManagement.
Extensive experience with TBM tools particularly Apptio including technical configurationmodel enrichment and report design.
Hands on Experience of Apptio.
Strong understanding of business goals IT operations and the ability to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.
Skills:
Technical expertise in Apptio with experience in data design technical configuration andmodel enrichment.
Ability to understand strategic business objectives and drive value creation through TBMprocesses.
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Experience in facilitating stakeholder engagement and collaboration across IT finance andbusiness teams.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specificationswithin the Apptio framework.
Recommend and implement business solutions that align with IT and business goals takinginto account the implications for the broader organization.
Hunt sectorspecific insights to inform technology investment strategies and identify areas forvalue creation.
Data Management & Reporting:
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data inputs into the Apptio platform supporting effectivedecisionmaking.
