Graphic Designer
Location: Bangalore

Graphic Designer
You will be working closely with our email marketing specialists to design campaigns optin forms templates and other graphic materials for email. It will be your job to use a clients style guide or brand book to create compelling email templates and campaigns. You will be working on a ton of different projects for some of the fastestgrowing Ecommerce businesses across the world. You ll have an opportunity to play with new design styles try different visual approaches and constantly think outside the box.
You ll be working and talking frequently with stakeholders in Client Success Business Development and Technical to help serve client needs and build futurestate products and systems.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Develop graphic materials for our clients email campaigns and flows
- Design email templates including icons and GIFs. Design visually compelling and onbrand emails from scratch using best practices for layout typography imagery and interactivity.
- Design email assets slicing resizing and building templates directly in the Figma
- QA testing emails (dark mode mobile outlook etc)
- Design banners and other graphics using copy provided by our team of email strategists
Here s a typical week for a Graphic Designer:
50% Design of email templates of ongoing clients
40% Design of ongoing client campaigns
10% Communication / Coordination / Meeting (via Asana Slack and Email
Desired Profile:
- Expertlevel experience in Figma or similar
- Understanding of dark mode and how to QA test and adjust email designs accordingly
- Detailoriented with a great eye for design you can follow brand guides content outlines copy documents etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to pull clients colors and fonts from their web pages (no coding needed).
- A keen eye for detail a strong understanding of design principles and a commitment to creating highquality visuals.
- Ability to prioritize your workload to accommodate clients that need a quick turnaround
- Open to feedback and critique you should be curious and excited to improve
- Ability to work comfortably with brand guides and style guides without direct client interaction
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Comfortable interfacing with clients in Zoom meetings presenting designs and taking live feedback during meetings
- Light retouching skills are helpful in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working as a Digital or Graphic designer at an agency or inhouse for a directtoconsumer ecommerce brand
- Experience working with webbased apps (Sketch Figma Google Fonts Typekit)
- Knowledgeable and uptodate on current email best practices
- Experience with creating social media graphics
- Experience with other ESPs (Email Service Providers)
Compensation:
Starting compensation for this position is 6 to 7 LPA or commensurate with experience and expected value to the company.
