Qualifications:
- Extensive and handson experience in Coupa configuration application support and maintenance specifically in areas like:
- P2P process
- Coupa Pay
- Analytics
- Invoice Smash
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with endusers technical teams and vendors.
- Experience in incident management and root cause analysis within a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with data integration and monitoring tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support and Enhancements:
- Provide daily application support and necessary setup/configuration for Coupa including:
- User administration
- Role modifications
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for endusers experiencing applicationrelated problems ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Work crossfunctionally to bridge business needs and technical solutions ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Incident Management:
- Field and address problem tickets from endusers diagnosing and resolving application and software issues related to servers databases and other missioncritical systems.
- Document incidents and resolutions comprehensively to maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Monitor Coupa application performance and proactively address any technical issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions to avoid recurring issues.
Integration Monitoring:
- Oversee daily monitoring of data integrations across platforms identifying and resolving integration issues.
- Log into Oracle when necessary to crosscheck or trigger integrations (training will be provided if required).
System Maintenance and Updates:
- Coordinate with IT teams to manage system updates patches and maintenance tasks.
- Test and validate all updates before deployment to prevent service disruptions.
User Support and Training:
- Assist users with application functionality and provide training as needed.
- Develop user guides and documentation to support endusers.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on new developments and best practices in Coupa and related technologies.
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.
CrossTraining and Backup Support:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive application support coverage.
- Crosstrain in other support areas to provide backup support when needed.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various business units and technical teams to address their unique needs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure application support aligns with broader business objectives.
Other Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Occasionally perform administrative tasks such as user creation or updates in other systems as needed. (Training and access will be provided if required.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Coupa application integration and working in crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to support USEST time zone.
