v Job Summary:
The Sales Officer FMCG plays a vital role in achieving the companys sales targets for FastMoving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products. This role requires building strong relationships with retailers distributors and wholesalers while strategically promoting and selling our FMCG products within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and resultsoriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
v Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Manage and grow a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs competitor activity and market trends.
Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and promotional activities.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage inventory levels and ensure ontime product delivery.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries complaints and requests.
Generate detailed sales reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with all stakeholders.

v Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 24 years of experience in FMCG sales (required).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Additional Desirable Skills:
Experience in specific FMCG categories (e.g. food & beverage personal care).
Knowledge of retail and distribution channels.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
Experience with sales force automation (SFA) tools.
