Change Management Consultant Merger and Acquisation
Senior Organizational Change Management Practitioner and User Engagement Coordinator
- Collect and analyze data to develop a change strategy to support technology initiatives
- motivated individual proficient in multiple change management theories who can transfer theory into practice using a consultative approach to change management
- individual contributor playing a key role to ensure change initiatives for new business processes systems technologies job roles and organizational structures are successful; part of an User Engagement team coordinating and supporting users across the world who will be key in designing configuring testing accepting and training the entire user base in the new system and processes and procedures
- Managing schedules and engagement of a Super and Key User group to align to sprint cadences planning requirements design configuration testing and acceptance
- Liaison between the Super User/Key User community the global Stakeholder community and the program team to effectively support the program schedule and iteration cadences and ensure that the user and stakeholder community knows where they need to be (which working sessions need their participation) and which deliverables they are accountable for
- Guiding these Super and Key Users to become the experts in the new operating platform as they will train the end users in how to use the system and adopt the new processes
- Develop and lead each countries Super and Key User group through Day in the Life validation (DITL) the final step in accepting the system and new processes prior to going live
- Coordinating local project managers and coordinators on the ground in each region to
- Follow up on key data and requirement deliverables
- Execute logistics for testing training and other activities required to engage and enable the local teams
- Ensure the program schedule is maintained and the local Super and Key Users are effectively supported
- This role is focused on the people side of change working to reduce employee resistance to change and increase the speed of adoption of new behaviors needed for change initiatives to be successful.
- Championing change management methodology to develop change management strategies that help guide and support people through the change and transition process
- Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities that help guide and support people through the change and transition process.
- Conducting and analyzing impact analyses that determine the changes required for a successful change and assessing the organizations capacity and readiness for change.
- Developing appropriate change management plans and resistance management plans in alignment with the overall project plan and providing each regional leader with the change management tools for them to become effective change leaders and lead their teams through the change curves to realize the defined program benefits
- Supporting communication efforts through the design development and delivery of communications.
- Providing input and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
- Contributing to the design development and delivery of change communications and training.
- Consulting and coaching project team members stakeholders and leaders to implement change plans resolve issues and manage resistance.
- Integration of change management activities into project plan
- Monitoring progress of the change plans collecting feedback evaluating results and adjusting plans as needed.
- Supporting the change coordination activities status reporting roadmap planning and additional change elements that help drive change consistency.
- Use strategic thinking and analytical problemsolving skills

- 58 years of experience in organizational change management consulting employee communications learning & development or internal strategy including designing processes framing problems writing employee communications making presentation materials facilitating meetings presenting to large and small audiences
- Strong communication and storytelling with PowerPoint Word Instructional design experience designing and creating training materials (howtoguides elearning FAQs instructorled training materials and facilitator guides etc.)
- Expert communicator and influencer with outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
