Job Description
Position Sr. Graphic Designer
We are a dynamic design and branding agency working with a diverse range of clients.
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design branding and creative direction. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and handson design skills to create impactful work that resonates with our clients' audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative process from concept to ensuring design excellence and alignment with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with clients creative directors and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and execute design concepts for a variety of mediums including digital print and experiential.
- Mentor and guide junior designers providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices continuously bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and highquality output.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a design or branding agency with a strong portfolio showcasing branding digital and print work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Strong understanding of branding typography color theory and layout design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with animation video editing or web design is a plus.
