Provide leadership and motivation to the Defence Sales team towards raising performance standards and be a valuable resource to the CompanyHelp team to sell Life insurance and work with them in Army Navy AirForce and all government Defence areasManaging and Life selling insurance in Army and Defence areaDaily visiting cantonment aerasConduct lectures in military cantonmentsGiving traning to team of 21Conducting service camps
Desired Candidate Profile
45 years of experience in insurance industry agency channel preferably from defense background. Should have experience of leading a team of result oriented sales managers.Good Communication SkillShould be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.Unstoppable & Unshakeable AttitudeHigh on Honesty and Integrity
