Open Position: Global Recruiter (MNC Retail company)
A reputable organization within an MNC Retail company is looking for a Global Recruiter to be based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Preferably more than 4 years of experience in recruitment industry.
- Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Able to develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to meet the hiring objectives for both local and global market.
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
- A team player with good stake management skill.
