Job Description

We are Hiring Marketing Head for heading Healthcare Industry!!

Location: Chennai

Experience: 10 Years

Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the healthcare organization. This includes managing marketing campaigns creating content and overseeing the marketing budget to drive brand awareness patient engagement and growth in services offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities target audiences and competitive landscape.
    • Create and manage a marketing calendar to ensure timely of marketing activities.
  2. Campaign Management:

    • Plan implement and track marketing campaigns across various channels including digital print and events.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics to inform future strategies.
  3. Content Creation:

    • Develop and oversee the creation of marketing content such as brochures newsletters social media posts blogs and press releases.
    • Ensure all content is accurate compliant with healthcare regulations and aligns with the brand s voice and messaging.
    • Manage the organization s website ensuring content is uptodate and engaging.
  4. Digital Marketing:

    • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM email marketing and social media campaigns.
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize digital marketing strategies.
    • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  5. Brand Management:

    • Maintain and enhance the organization s brand identity and ensure consistent use across all marketing channels.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and patient loyalty.
    • Oversee patient experience initiatives to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  6. Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
  7. Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Work closely with other departments such as clinical administrative and IT to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
    • Represent the marketing department in meetings and provide updates on marketing activities and results.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing social media platforms and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.


Experience: 10+ Years Location: T Nagar, Chennai. Requirements: - 5 years of experience in the slimming, health, and wellness industry - Proven track record of success in sales and team management - Excellent commercial acumen and business skills - Strong leadership and communication skills - In-depth knowledge of diet principles and sales techniques - Ability to conduct workshops and events to drive sales - Proven ability to meet targets and metrics - Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer and employee issues - High ethical standards and ability to comply with regulations - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Nutrition, Business, Healthcare)
