Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development sales and strategic planning. The Business Developer will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth expanding our customer base and fostering longterm business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients markets and growth opportunities.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Lead sales presentations negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing product development and customer service teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analyses on business development activities sales performance and market trends for senior management.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development sales or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
    • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
    • Strong analytical and research skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
