Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer you will take the lead on various projects from conception to while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. Your innovative design solutions will play a crucial role in elevating our clients brands and enhancing their visibility in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate is a visionary designer with extensive experience in graphic design exceptional technical skills and a passion for creativity. You should be comfortable working under pressure and possess the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine design concepts for a wide range of projects including branding marketing materials digital graphics and more.
- Collaborate with team to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that align with their brand identity.
- Present and articulate design ideas to clients incorporating their feedback into the creative process.
- Generate highquality visuals that effectively communicate messages to target audiences.
- Lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stay current with design trends and technologies to continually enhance your skills and the agencys offerings.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and maintain consistency across all designs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio that showcases a range of styles and projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles such as composition color theory typography and branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience leading design projects providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior team members.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a fastpaced agency setting is a plus.
