Job Description
- Provides management and direction to the design consultants to ensure coordination and consistency between design and construction phases
- Oversees task order execution for Design Management Scope of Works under the framework agreement.
- Manage the design consultants in fulfilling its contractual obligations in relation to scope and on time deliverables.
- Identify and record scope changes in accordance with the change management plan.
- Lead and record daily/weekly design progress & engineering progress meetings with the design consultants and Client and interface coordination meetings.
- Schedule and actively participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on task orders progress, opportunities and blockers.
