Job Description
Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
Location: Milford Center OH (Onsite)
Duration: 6Month
Key Role: Oracle Payroll Oracle HRMS
Role Description:
Be able to architect and develop comprehensive Oracle ERP cloud HCM payroll solutions.
Understand Oracle offerings (including but not limited to HCM and Payroll) across Cloud and develop thought capital to continuously evolve.
Solution opportunities to fit the requirements and needs of customers.
Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to scope solution propose close and delivery complex HCM cloud engagements.
Essential Skills:
Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud HCM Payroll and the various Oracle products and services.
Lead successful delivery of consulting engagements.
Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in the any ERP (PeopleSoft Oracle EBusiness)
Modules: Core HCM Payroll Time & Labor and d good understanding not limited to Benefits Time & Labor Absence Management Goal Management Performance Management Talent Review and Succession Management Workforce Compensation.
Minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll.
Optional: 1 or more years public sector HCM payroll implementation experience. Strong verbal and written executive communication skills
