The Global IT Data Analyst will be responsible for managing analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to understand data requirements identify business problems and utilize datadriven insights to address them. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with experience in data management analysis and reporting and a passion for leveraging new technologies to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data management activities in line with customer company contract and regulatory requirements ensuring high standards of data quality.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and define data requirements for both new and existing applications.
- Analyze business challenges and define variables that can be predicted through datadriven insights.
- Utilize data to address business problems and support decisionmaking processes.
- Develop enhance and maintain multiple datasets ensuring consistency accuracy completeness and reasonableness of the data.
- Perform data analysis generate regular reports and deliver insights to management and customers to support business objectives.
- Present data management updates at internal and customerfacing meetings ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize data management workflows.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Management Information Technology or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong IT business and software knowledge particularly in SQL Server Python PowerBI Talend (ETL) Azure and machine learning technologies.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
- Proven expertise in data management project management and time management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and crossfunctional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent accurate results.
- Proactive in learning and exploring new technologies independently to stay ahead of industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global IT environment with a focus on delivering scalable and datadriven solutions.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
