Job Description
We are Hiring a Call Centre Manager for a leading healthcare Industry!!
- Should be experienced in telesales
- Should have a minimum of 10 years experience in telesales and sales
- Should have minimum 5 years experience in leading a team
- Should have the acumen to close sales on calls
- Experience in service based industry/health care industry preferable
- Should be fluent in Tamil and English
- Should be aged between 35 to 45 years
- Leading the team creating a good sales culture within the team self driven creation of sales pitching and scripts
- Wellversed in call center processes
- Should be knowledgeable in call center/telemarketing software and hardware
Experience: 10+ Years Location: T Nagar, Chennai. Requirements: - 5 years of experience in the slimming, health, and wellness industry - Proven track record of success in sales and team management - Excellent commercial acumen and business skills - Strong leadership and communication skills - In-depth knowledge of diet principles and sales techniques - Ability to conduct workshops and events to drive sales - Proven ability to meet targets and metrics - Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer and employee issues - High ethical standards and ability to comply with regulations - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Nutrition, Business, Healthcare)
