Our client is a leading platform that provides selling solutions for Brands in SouthEast Asia. They are looking for an experienced candidate to join their firm:
- Develop and execute people strategies in collaboration with business executives to boost organizational performance.
- Along with the HR department analyze trends and indicators to create programs policies and solutions that will boost employee engagement.
- Participating in the businesss talent acquisition process by conducting interviews and assessing candidates (from intern to manager level).
- Assist businesses with developing headcount plans get insight into their hiring circumstances and provide a strategy to increase company recruiting efforts.
- Understand the organizational structure and update the departmental goals and chart on a regular basis.
- Develop a career path and competence framework via talent planning and promotion assessment.
- Create a business master learning strategy and authorize L&D based on business competencies.
- The Performance Management System (PMS) comprises guidelines for departmental performance assessments probationary goals and encouraging public relations for any new performance assessment techniques.
- Oversee and settle intricate employee relations matters serving as a liaison between the company and the organization.
- Recognize the state of the market the industry and the companys performance dashboard.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent education and experience;
- Fluent in English.
- At least 3 years experience in HR business partner/HR Manager/HR Leader roles
- A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to multitasks and experience working in companies with more than 150 employees
- Demonstrated analytical thinking problem solving and decisionmaking skills. Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
