Job Description
Our client is the regional distributor for the world s leading manufacturers of sanitary fittings kitchen tiles doors and other interior solutions in Nigeria. They are looking to employ a Project Sales Engineer/ Project Monitoring Supervisor in Abuja.
Job Summary
The role entails Project Lead Generation Project monitoring and supervision business development customer relationship management implementing corrective action as needed tracking and reporting on progress of installation projects to ensure an excellent standard of service.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting installation project plans including a work plan as well as a scope and approach document
Monitor Project scope time quality and budget as part of the endtoend project management process
Manage and cocoordinate subcontractors and artisans to ensure proper product installation prevent product damage and assure the 100% working conditions of installed bathroom kitchen and light products prior to project handover
Manage installation project as assigned from start to finish and responsible for any deviation of subcontractors installation from drawings.
Liaise with inhouse and clients architects to ensure products are properly installed according to drawing specification.
Handle the procurement of project installation materials where applicable
Ensure necessary policy and procedures are followed before mobilizing subcontractors to site
Ensure adherence to standard Project Close out procedures including administering Client Satisfaction surveys for each installation project
Perform all such project monitoring activities as instructed.
Generate and Circulate Project Exceptions report highlighting installation policy and procedural violations.
Provide weekly report on all project installation activities.
Generate new business for installation/maintenance projects and meet targets
Key Requirements:
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering Project Management.
Project Management Certification is an added advantage.
5 7 years relevant work experience. Minimum of two years in Bathroom Design & Installation experience
