Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day HR/ER operations within correctional facility
- Manage employee relations inclusive of investigations and personal matters
- Be point of contact for employees inclusive of custodial roles and other positions
- Maintain confidentiality
- Maintain various MS Excel spreadsheets
- Attend Operations & Safety Meetings
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 35 years of related experience
- Experience at correctional facility a plus
- Ability to handle challenging situations/environment and with compassion
