35 CTs 100 Xrays 60 US

Radiologists in Group: 10.80 FTEs

Procedures: Angio Mammography CT US

Trauma Level:

F1: I

F2: II

F3: II

EMR: Epic PowerScribe Intlerad PACs Softek Illuminate

Other Info:

Providers will read for all three locations but will be based in Maywood.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active IL License

BLS
