Our client is a leading mining company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with the requirements of the investment projects of the Group. - Phu tra ch qua tri nh tuy n cho n u th u va h p ng cung c p sa n ph m va di ch vu phu c vu cho ca c d a n cu a T p oa n. a m ba o k hoa ch ng n sa ch va ti n mua s m a tho a thu n.
Oversee the selection process bidding and contracts for supplying products and services for the Groups projects. Ensure budget planning and agreed procurement timelines are met. - Ph i h p cu ng v i ca c Gia m c d a n i ky thu t va ca c i ta c kha c a m ba o a p ng ca c nhu c u mua s m v i ti n d a n.
Coordinate with project directors technical teams and other partners to ensure procurement needs are met in line with project timelines. - Qua n tri ru i ro li n quan n hoa t ng s m va th c hi n ca c ha nh ng pho ng ng a kh c phu c.
Manage risks associated with procurement activities and implement preventive and corrective actions. - Pha t hi n a nh gia va qua n ly h th ng nha cung c p. Ta i a nh gia i nh ky a m ba o s tu n thu va n ng l c a p ng ch t l ng va ti n giao ha ng.
Conduct periodic reassessments to ensure compliance and capacity to meet quality standards and delivery timelines. - La nh a o hu n luy n va pha t tri n i ngu mua s m. Thu c y v n ho a li n tu c ca i ti n va tinh th n tra ch nhi m.
Identify evaluate and manage the supplier system. Lead train and develop the procurement team. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Requirements
- Kinh nghi m trong li nh v c mua s m d a n: T i thi u 5 n m.
Experience in project procurement: Minimum of 5 years. - Kinh nghi m qua n ly i ngu mua s m ca c d a n x y d ng c ng nghi p: T i thi u 3 n m.
Experience managing procurement teams for industrial construction projects: Minimum of 3 years. - Ki n th c v ng nh kho ng s n n ng l ng.
Knowledge of the mining and energy sectors. - Ki n th c chuy n m n: Co ki n th c v logistics qua n ly chu i cung ng mua s m ti m ki m pha t tri n nha cung ng h p ng th ng ma i va di ch vu ky thu t.
Professional knowledge: Familiarity with logistics supply chain management procurement supplier development commercial contracts and technical services.
