Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage the Brevity CRM system to its full potential
- Design and implement automated response systems for efficient client communication
- Create and maintain automated market report distribution channels
- Monitor and nurture incoming leads through the CRM
- Develop and manage automated followup systems for client retention
- Integrate transaction data with client profiles in the CRM for comprehensive management
- Organize and update client information to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Assist in crafting and scheduling social media content to boost online presence
Requirements
- Proven experience with Brevity CRM or similar CRM platforms
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent data management and analysis capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology (preferred)
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
