Job Description
Open Position: Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Manager (Reputable Organisation)
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise manage and coordinate day to day HRIS Operation including setup customizations addressing HRIS issues managing system upgrades and other related support
- Lead implementation of new HRIS project initiatives and process improvement for the organisation
- Provide HRIS solution designs and new business process flow to improve current process business process
- Participate in the overall System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) together with the Technical Development team
- Build test plans training materials system configurations documentation and deliver training to end users
- Ensure all HRrelated systems are compliant with data protection and employment laws and regulations
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
