Job Description
Requirements
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM email marketing social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop and manage content for the website social media and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
SEO/SEM Management:
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and website development.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the companys social media presence on platforms like Facebook Twitter LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility on social media.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Analyze data and metrics from digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Use various tools like Google Analytics SEMrush and others to track and report on campaign performance.
Email Marketing:
- Plan create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- A/B test email campaigns for performance optimization.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments (sales content product development) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized marketing projects and campaigns.
