Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will engage with targeted Meat Fish Protein AgriBusiness and Dairy prospects and customers to identify manual business processes inefficiencies and regulatory requirements and position SAP Protein & Dairy Management solutions. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers coordinating sales activities and driving the entire sales process from account planning to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Prospects and Customers: Identify manual business processes inefficiencies and regulatory requirements in the AgriBusiness domain. Position SAP Protein & Dairy Management solution as a strategic tool to unlock value.
- Relationship Building: Develop maintain and improve relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Sales Coordination: Plan and coordinate sales activities in collaboration with presales teams.
- Account & Opportunity Planning: Develop and own the account planning and opportunity planning process.
- RFI & RFP Management: Prepare and deliver responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
- Presentations: Deliver highly effective presentations to VP through Clevel executives and key decisionmakers including CFOs CROs and senior leaders across various business functions.
- Partnership Development: Work closely with SAP and other partners to qualify and develop business opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy: Follow up postcontract signature to ensure customer satisfaction acting as the voice of the customer.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to remain competitive.
- Networking: Attend and network at relevant business events.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or related field or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience: Minimum of seven years of consultative sales experience into Fortune 2000 companies Meat Fish and Dairy companies ideally in selling SaaS solutions and services
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Meat Fish and Dairy Operations: Knowledge of supply chain processes inventory management quality control production workflows and packaging specific to the meat fish and dairy sectors.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets with experience in closing multiple sevenfigure annual contract value (ACV) deals.
- CSuite Engagement: Success in selling to the highest levels of accounts with a focus on the CSuite.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to maintain a solid network and relationships.
- Motivation & Innovation: A positive attitude high motivation and a passion for creating value for customers.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally.
