Job Summary:
Fulltime Corporate Accountant position in the food industry
Reports to the Accounting Department Manager
Requires five years of experience in a corporate accounting department
Must be reliable straightforward forthright and prudent
Requires education and familiarity to contribute to professional competence
Must have written and verbal communication skills
Requires knowledge and understanding of GAAP
Computer competence is necessary
Must have common sense/good judgement
Must be a team player both on a departmental and companywide basis
Ability to handle multiple projects and changing dynamics is crucial
Must have an eagerness to learn and share with others
Duties include developing systems for the Accounting Department overseeing necessities involving external entities providing management with necessary facts understanding and maintaining an overview of Company Departments anticipating the needs of the Accounting Department and Company communicating reliably and efficiently and contributing daily to the Accounting Departments team effort
Employment type is fulltime with 510 years of experience required. No bonus/commission is offered.
