Job Title: Analytics Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead datadriven decisionmaking across our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee data collection analysis and reporting processes to provide strategic insights that help guide business objectives. This role requires a mix of technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement analytics strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead a team of data analysts to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify data trends and key insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards for business performance tracking.
• Analyze large datasets to drive actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Ensure data quality accuracy and security across all analytical processes.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends tools and best practices in data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Statistics Data Science Mathematics or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Python R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in data governance and security best practices.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary: $85000 $110000 annually depending on experience.
