Job Description
Augmentjobs is seeking a detailoriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for optimizing our operational processes to enhance efficiency productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement efficient operational strategies to streamline workflows.
Gather analyze and interpret data to inform decisionmaking processes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align operational strategies with company goals.
Conduct costbenefit analyses to support operational decisions and project planning.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Assist in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operations.
Provide training and support to team members on operational best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
25 years of experience in an operations analysis or similar role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau).
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean).
Knowledge of industrystandard operational metrics and KPIs.
Familiarity with ERP systems and other business software applications.
