Leadership Development Consultant

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Consultant to design and implement strategies that cultivate leadership skills within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing leadership programs that drive organizational success and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver leadership training programs and workshops tailored to various levels of management.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development needs within the organization.
• Create and implement leadership development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide oneonone coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and highpotential employees.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to integrate leadership development into overall talent management strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience (5 years) in leadership development organizational development or related consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of leadership theories practices and trends.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs and workshops.
• Experience with coaching and mentoring senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness and impact.
