Qualifications:

- Proven experience (5 years) in leadership development organizational development or related consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of leadership theories practices and trends.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs and workshops.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring senior leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness and impact.
