Job Title: Venture Capital Summer Associate

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Summer Associate to join our Venture Capital team. In this role you will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of venture investments from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio management. You will work closely with experienced professionals and assist in identifying innovative startups conducting market research and supporting our portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis on emerging trends and sectors.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation of startups.
• Support the due diligence process by assessing business models competitive landscapes and financials.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal discussions.
• Assist in the management and support of portfolio companies.
• Attend pitch meetings and industry events to network with entrepreneurs.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an MBA or advanced degree in finance business or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
• Passion for startups entrepreneurship and the venture capital ecosystem.
• Previous experience in venture capital investment banking consulting or startups is a plus.
