Job Summary:
The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for enhancing and managing client relationships to drive engagement satisfaction and longterm loyalty. This role involves developing strategies to deepen client connections ensuring the successful delivery of services and identifying opportunities for growth. The Client Engagement Manager will act as a primary point of contact working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients serving as their primary contact for engagementrelated matters.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and checkins to assess satisfaction address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
  • Analyze client feedback and engagement metrics to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services to enhance client value.
  • Create and deliver presentations reports and updates to clients on engagement strategies and outcomes.
  • Manage client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and positive initial experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends client needs and market developments to provide relevant insights and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies service agreements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client engagement account management or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of industryspecific products services and trends is a plus.
